What is your processing and shipping policy?

Due to our unique infusion and blessing process, our fulfillment process is up to 10 business days. This allows us to custom make and hand curate all skincare products from scratch. Each order is  handcrafted especially for you. It should be taken into consideration that we take raw vegan oils and double infuse them. We also have products that are blessed on our altars with offerings before shipment to extra elevated vibrations and love. Lastly, our various smudge sticks, yoni care products, and other  accessories  are sourced  from various ethnic geographies around  the world. All elements require the  respect of time and extra patience but we assure you that the wait is worth  it. This is also the reason why we include treats in every sweeten the anticipation. 

What is Your Return/Refund Policy?

Due to the nature  of our products and our dedication to provide fresh  products to  our #SAUCEFAMILY,  we do not accept refunds or exchanges. 

My package was mailed  back! What do I do?

Packages returned to  us  will  be re-posted to customer at their expense unless the fault is on us. In these cases, we will resend packages at no extra cost. 

My package arrived damaged. What do I do?

Because we cannot exercise governorship over postal services and  their handling of packages once they leave our custody, we cannot accept responsibilities for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in the mail. Orders shipped Priority Mail can file a claim with USPS for amounts up to $50. Customers can elect to add insurance to their packages by emailing us before ordering so that we can set up a custom check out for you.
